Dear Shri. Arjun:

 

You have voiced valid concerns. A good astrologer will definitely

help those who are in real need of help and are unable to offer money

for their services; but, those who can afford to pay money SHOULD pay

for their services as a mark of respect to the subject which the

learned astrolgoer has learnt painstakingly.

 

You are correct in saying "apaathra Daan" is a dosha to the person who

does it. You along with Pandit. Dakshinamurthiji are among the select

few learned members who are paying out of your own pockets for the

internet connection as you are operating from your own office/

residences.

 

I request honorable members to take note of that and support these

well-meaning astrological Gurus so that they will be able to extend

help to the persons who are really needy. I think you will remember

the hue and cry a few members raised when my guruji posted his message

about Pancha Pakshi Shastra in the Vedic astrology list on the

requests of myself and many other members. Guruji- in his typical

saatwik approach to controversies aimed at him, kept a dignified

silence. Now, Pandit Arjunji's post would have clarified the motives

of Dakshinamoorthi guruji also.

 

As regards astrologers who leech into the astrological intelligence of

these noble minds,.... jyotisha Vaani will definitely curse them and

their generations. Cheating is not intelligence.... It is foolishness

of the highest degree, because once a person cheats another person, he

is inviting a load of karma, and this karma will often drain

considerably more than what little material benefits these

unscrupulous people can gain.

 

Genuine requests, I am sure, will be favourably considered to the

extent possible by noble minds in these forums.
