Will u pleas tell how my status is going to be.

I am currently in teacing field. I am intrested in software programming. I

want to

do job. currently i own my own consultancy

But the progress is not very satisfactory. So please tell me whether to seek a

job or to continue own business.

Or to change the field. if yes which field.
