What do you think I should do, so that there are no obstacles in my career. I am nearly 30 years, not able to get a proper job, and unemployed for the last 3 years. The last 3 years have been very frustating, and I still seem to be in that phase. I would be greatful to you if you would be able to focus me on the realities and when i probably would get a fresh opening in my career. Don't let this struggle frustrate you and maintain good relations with your superiors/managers etc. THere are indications that not having goals & clear cut ambitions/desires and lack of hard work from your part, apart from some troubles from the co-workers/partners may have been the cause of your loosing the job. As these are the basic requirements for sustanence in any career, please take note of this so that you fare well in your future ssignments.
