Guest guest
Dearest Rohini Moshay, Many a times we have bantered in private and public (In lighter vein) about language, its usage, comprehension etc. You always make very good points by your superb writing using incisive arguements and exact reasoning. But poor students like me of Queen's Language having limited knowledge of the elitist usage of the linguistic tools, understand about 30 percent. So sad No ? Today, I make a humble request for myself and on behalf of my Englishly Challenged bretheren to make your writings more Janapriya, Jangamya and Janagya(I hope my Samskrit is ok). Please do not treat my humble request in light vein (As usual you do that)and keep enlightning us the students in simpler Angrezi. I hope I am not making unreasonable request. Guest guest
You are so kind but frankly I think my angrezi sucks! As far as teaching -- I am like a little mirror, not even a tiny lamp. How can I lighten up a hall decorated with thousands of suns? , Tatvamasi <om_tatsat_om wrote: > > > Dearest Rohini Moshay, > > Many a times we have bantered in private and public > (In lighter vein) about language, its usage, > comprehension etc. > You always make very good points by your superb > writing using incisive arguements and exact reasoning. > But poor students like me of Queen's Language having > limited knowledge of the elitist usage of the > linguistic tools, understand about 30 percent. > So sad No ? > Today, I make a humble request for myself and on > behalf of my Englishly Challenged bretheren to make > your writings more Janapriya, Jangamya and Janagya(I > hope my Samskrit is ok). > Please do not treat my humble request in light vein > (As usual you do that)and keep enlightning us the > students in simpler Angrezi. > I hope I am not making unreasonable request. > > Rgds > > Dada > > --- rishi_2000in <rishi_2000in wrote: > > > Prashant, > > I presume that exactly is communication all about, > > the perceptions > > of what the words mean from one reader to another; > > how they vary in > > meaning, the same set of words. > > Perhaps that is what symbolic comprehension is all > > about. > > I took this message not only for astrologers, > > astrology seekers and > > students like me, for those who reach across to > > astrologers to find > > ways and means and take help but also to the world > > at large.
