My finding says that you are suffering from Hyper/Hypo Thyroid function as your retro mercury with saturn in the 3rd house shows imbalance of Hormones in your body. Presence of Rahu in 4th from Lagna gives you a fear psychosys and anxiety. This adds to your heart rate. Same Rahu may make you addicted to drugs in indirect way. Over usage of caffinated drinks may become your allergy. Please ask your doc for Thyroid proble, Nothing wrong with Heart.
