In navamsa moon,mars and venus position in virgo ,where venus get's debilitated also indicates human lives through hail storms and tornadoes in north east direction. Since Moon is in the star Uttara Phalguni nearer to present position of Kethu, it will be Kethu-Grasta Chandra GrahaNa. Since it is not visible in major parts of Hindustana, there is no need to perform any Vedic SHANTI pooja, but doing it would not harm anyone too. Meditation and mantra japa give 1000 fold results on these days irrespective of its visibility. Mundane events I sense from this eclpise include: 1. Death of a famous archer, shooting expert 2. About lunar eclipse, let us note the following astro-factors: 1.This lunar eclipse is a rare one as the moon is completely covered in penumbral area of the shadow(Khanda-Chaaya) or Kethu astrologically. This happens very few times in 21st century according to experts.(NASA-lunar eclipse page). The position of Moon would be in Uttara-PhalguNi, creating a PhalguNa PoornimA at eclipse. Its star- lord, Rashi-Lord(1st quarter) is the Sun. 2.Kethu is in Ayudha drekkana.Star lord Sun and the Rashi lord Mercury are in Ayudha DrekkaNa. Moon at the fag end of Simha is in Chatushpada Drekkana. The Drekkana Sandhi at 2nd pada of Uttara PhalgunI is a minute point in the chart sama-saptaka with its own lord the Sun. 3.Furthur, Saturn aspects Kanya, while Mars aspects Simha aggrevating both the signs the PhalguNI falls in! The Navamsha of Moon falls into Dhanu - the archer sign! The 'life'(Jeeva=Guru) is VakrI leaning towards Moksha(Kethu)! This shows danger to life represented by Uttara PhalguNI, as well as Kanya's first Decanate and Simha's third Drekkana. Uttara Phalguni is known for the archers and shooting experts born in it. So, death of an archer or a shot is a fair probability. 4.The rashi Kanya is a half-watery sign with a virgin in a sailing boat as the symbol - ie - a water-vessel: boat, ship, cruise...anything! The Moon being watery planet and nearing danger at Kethu is a symbol of Whirlpool and the danger to the naval vessel. The geographic area shall be the West and South West according to the Signs; but Kethu represents VAYAVYA DIK - North West - that is his abode! Without any doubt, I can imagine MAELSTROM, the whirlpool at Norway, exactly in the NW! 5.The tidal pull at eclipse may affect South West and West(Simha, Kanya, Tula) too ie Europian nations and the Gulf. In India, South Western Marshy State - Gujarath or Sourashtra whose lord is Saturn is affected as he afflicts Virtual Guru(Retro position) in Kanya.
