BTW, if you read my book "Vedic Astrology: An Integrated Approach", it also defines most terms used here. I have enrolled for Astrology B.A. but not able to attend classes. I am studying the syllabus and depending upon the audios of Guru Sanjayji. Proper guidance, say, some sort of a standard checklist for analysing the horoscope or Prasna will be a great advantage for the ameatures like me. Alternataively, floating a horoscope with a specific issue and exchange of the interpretations under the guidance of a guruji will be another good exercise. Hope the learned gurujis shall consider this aspect. Sourav, Rafal, Michal and I have been very active in this regard. Further you can check out the mp3's on my website in addition to those of Atri and Vyasa classes (there are links to all three on my website). I have tried to give such principles of predictive astrology in my book also: Jyotisha Fundamentals. Do check the chapters on bhavas for this, where i have shown how various factors come into play when understanding the whole picture.
