Thanks for the clarifications, Rahu is the cause of rebirth. Venus in

a duhstana afflicted forming a Tantric works. I know a Tantric with

Venus and Rahu in the 3rd aspected by Saturn. He has been taught

Tantra since childhood, and is a renunciate denoted by Juptier, and

Mercury in the 3rd/6th from AL. Atmakaraka Sun and Ketu in

Navamsa/Karakamsa lagna gives him proficiency in Sattvic Tantra,

mantras and yantras, as well as proficiency in the Vedas.

 

But what is your opinion as to why afflicted Venus causes Tantrism?

Note that the actual consideration should be spent to Venus in a Dusthana.

Venus in the 8th house produces a saint, now you can infer that a dark saint is

a tantric/black-magic practitioner. Jupiter in 8th produces an Asura Yoga, but

when joined with Venus it produces a saint among raskshashas, like Prahlad.

 

So when our passions(Venus) move to the Dusthana houses of suffering/obstacles,

the Asura Guru, Venus - desirous of accomplishments in this material realm -

suddenly takes to the unknown areas of life.

 

I think Narasimha can give a much better and thorough explanation since he's a

devoted worshipper of Lakshmi. What happens when Lakshmi's blessings come

through death/obstacles/suffering?
