Ref Pg 317 of Mr Raths's CoVA: Narayana antar of Bill Clinton: Cp's MD

started in 1993 when became President. Cn given as antaradasa initiation

sign.

 

As per Mr N Rao's rules, antar starts from the sign occupied by (the lord

of (the stronger of (dasa Seed vs its 7th))). So it should start from Ar,

which= syn occupd by Mn, which= lord of Cn, which= stronger than Cp, which

= maha dasa Seed.

and Jupiter modifying these basic rules. I am working on this and was able to

find few very important exemptions. Keep work on this with faith on Author, you

will find it. You have to spend lot of time.
