In some yogas, the house is to be taken from the Lagna(ascendent) or Moon which ever is stronger. How does one determine this. Narasimha Rao's Book Vedic astology gives reules for finding the stronger of 2 planets, and for stronger of two Signs(Rasis), but not stronger of Moon and Ascendent. Please enlighten me.
