Astottari Dasa is most appropriate for individuals where; The Daytimes in Krishna Paksha and The Nighttimes in Sukla Paksha, are ruled by Venus(Asura Guru). Furthermore Rahu should be in trines(kendra from Paka Lagna.. why do you think this is so? What kinds of people have their actions(paka lagna) colored by Rahu? Best wishes, Visti. The Difference is that Astottari Dasa may show the persons events better than Vimshottari in some cases.
