Dear friends,

I started learning astrology recently. I read that exalted sun

gives good job oppurtunities. I have a master's degree in computers

and was working as a lecturer in government college in India.

I quit the job as i got married and had to come to usa. since

then i didn't get any job though i tried all my best.

This makes me feel very bad though i have a good family life.

I would like to know whether i will be settling down in usa or india.

and my career oppurtunities in both cases.

Many thanks for helping me. I read your readings and had a few questions as below:

1. In the chart I sent you, was Aquarius the Janma Lagna and Satabisham the

Lagna Nakshatra? (I copied the calculations from JH Lite and pasted them in the

email, so I wonder if I made a mistake)

In this statement, Which division are you referring to? In Rasi, Saturn is 2nd

from Arudha Lagna, and placed in the 12th. In Navamsa, Saturn is in the 4th,

but Arudha Lagna is in the 4th too.

Kindly clarify. I understand your time is valuable and apologize if I made any mistakes.

My mistake, i wrote the wrong time.

Istha Devata stays the same, as does the mantra.

 

You have experienced increased mental anxiety, due to Saturns transit into

Gemini, causing Kanataka Sani. You should read Hanuman Chalisa to appease

Saturn-Rahu Dasa is coming up in 2003, and will cause some leave from work (3rd house in Dasamsa).

Rahu lords the 10th house in Dasamsa and is in parivartana with Moon, hence

after a change in occupation, you will be sent on short leave/holliday.

 

Being that Yoga Karaka Saturn is placed in the 9th, i recommend that you stick

with your current employer and seek a transfer, when the time comes. Maybe in

the meantime your employers position may need replacing! (nature of Saturn).

probably saw that Moon is alone and lagna has a planet in it. But

that does not matter. Planets in quadrants are the same for both.

 

He also clearly said that Moon should be taken when lagna and Moon

are in quadrants. That is the case here.

 

So Vimsottari dasa from Moon dominates. Venkatesh is approaching the

end of Sun dasa and Moon dasa will start next year.

will the planets in the lagna and with moon also will be counted as planets in

quadrants from them..1st house also being a quadrant? also - will rahu and ketu

will be treated as planets in such cases?

Dear Venkatesh,

When Saturn gives yoga it tends to dethrown somebody else. In this case Saturn

is in the 9th in Dasamsa, hence dethrowning your employer.

 

Narasimha Rao has given some more info on the Lagna/Moon criteria for

vimshottari Dasa. Lets try from Moon:

 

Moon Dasa starts next year, and is placed in the 12th from Arudha Lagna. This

indicates some loss due to mother. As Moon aspects the 2nd from Arudha Lagna

with Saturn and Ketu, this confirms my reading about little money, and debts.

 

Moon is Atmakaraka placed in the 10th as the 6th lord, and forms a Shakti Yoga

with Rahu in the 6th, who is lagna lord.

The little money and debts seem to be caused by a very drastic decission on your side.

 

Judging from Arudha Lagna, Malefics in the 2nd and 7th, whilst benefics are in

the 3rd, can make a person renounce the world.

 

Lagnamsa is in the 12th from Karakamsa, and Saturn is debilitated, hence this

desire will not be carried out to completion, but the desire will be there and

it will be strong.

 

 

As for career, Moon is 3rd lord in Parivartana with 10th lord in Dasamsa, hence

causing you to take leave to begin a different profession with the focus on

your Souls purpose and deep inner desires. Likely through propogating the word

of God. 3rd house also indicates a transfer.

Dear Visti,The bottomline appears to be clear. So I will attempt to transfer

out. However, What did you imply by "after a change in occupation, you will be

sent on short leave/holiday." Does it mean some kind of unemployment and loss

of income?Also, When you said "Maybe in the meantime your employers position

may need replacing! (nature of Saturn).", do you mean that my employers may

retract the layoff on January 31 or does it mean they will also go through many

changes?The dilemna I have with the transfer is if I take it, I do not get the

(good) severance package. That would be fine with me as long as I get to keep

my job in the new location. However, If I get laid off again after the

transfer, I do not get a severance package (as per company policy) and I will

end up looking for a job again without any money in my hands.Kindly
