to drop (9:16 PDT this AM here in california...I guess Afghanistan is 12

Thank you for your timely post on the attack(s).

 

I have prepared the chart [based on Kabul, Afghanistan] for the time when

attack(s)/war started.

 

I have used 09:16 PM as reported.

 

On a quick glance [just plotted the chart], it is difficult to say whether US

selected a right time.

 

Although; it is interesting that the ascendant is Gemini [same as US Ascendant].

 

Benefic in 3rd from Lagna and neither a benefic nor a malefic [except Dristi] in

3rd and 6th from Arudha Lagna makes me think the timing was not right.

 

But I could be wrong and need to study the chart in details before commenting.

 

Attached, please find the JHD chart for the attacks.
