Thanks you very much for analysis.

 

I have query. Actually doctors (Allopathic system) have recommended surgery

for him. They say that 8 mm hole is quiet large. Medicines will not do.

Presently he is responding good to Homeopathy medicines. Does he has to

undergo operation for heart or Homeopathy medicine will do the job. Can

Reiki/Pranic healing be helpful to him. Can u please tell upayee for child

to do and for parents for the heart problem.

That's so sad.

 

Mars, Ketu and Mandi in lagna, lagna lord in 6th, 6th lord in exaltation are

all bad features.

 

Rahu and Ketu in Cancer (heart) in Shashthamsa (D-6 - health) is bad for

heart. Shashthamsa Paryaya Dasas of dusthanas with argala on Cn can bring

heart disease. Here, Cn seems to be the strongest quadrant from 6th (Cp) and

so Paryaya dasas start from it. So Cn dasa must be running since birth. As

Moon is in Ge, it's a 1-year dasa. So 2001-02 can bring heart problems.

Hopefully, next dasa of Libra will be better.

 

I haven't looked at any other factors and so take this with a pinch of salt:

The most troublesome Paryaya dasa for his heart may be over in next summer.

Good luck to your young nephew. May he be blessed with long life! Instead of

troubling his health, may Mars & Ketu make him spiritual!
