Mercury Associated with Saturn in th 7th house. I also agree with BV Raman (and Chakrapani Ullal) that Viparita is formed by a dusthana lord placed in another dusthana. IT is sometimes, difficult, however, to always attribute the person's rise to the viparita - as in Bill Gates.
