Guest guest
Hi, when you brought this up it made me wonder, do you know, what is the difference between the solar energy and the martian energy? Like I wonder about people who experience s.a.d (seasonal affective disorder), they're recommended to sit by lamps or go to the tanning booth in winter, and this imitation sunlight lifts their spirits, so then it seems logical to me people with a weak sun would be more affected (haven't done any official research though). But, so it seems the sun energy is a light energy, that's makes sense, but then, how does the sun express fire energy? and do you know what would be an example of a lack in martian energy, or how are these energies different, light and fire? Thank you for any discussion on this, Angie vedic astrology, "Visti Larsen" <in_joy_i_scream> wrote: > Vyam Vyusadevaya Namaha! > ------- > Dear Mohan, > An important Dictum for Yogas; > "Sun and Moon must be strong for Yogas to initiate and sustain, > respectively." > > Even with many yogas, not one may initiate if the Sun does bless... Guest guest
Vyam Vysadevaya Namaha! -------------- Dear Angie, What your referring to is best described with the Pancha Tattwa; The Sun is the begining. The Moon shows the sustenance, and then we have the 5 elements. Agni = Fire, Prithvi = Earth, Akash = Ether, Vayu = Wind, Jala = Water. Mars = Agni Mercury = Prithwi Jupiter = Akash Saturn = Wind Venus = Jala Of tattwas, Sun is ascribed that of Agni(Fire), and Moon also has that of Jala(Water). Hence Mars and Sun share Tattwa, as well as Venus and Moon. However difference between Sun and Mars, is that one is light and the other gives it. Hope this satisfies your question. Best wishes, Visti. --- spyrikal wrote: > > > > > Hi, when you brought this up it made me wonder, do > you know, what is the difference between the solar > energy and the martian energy? Guest guest
Thanks Visti, I think I still need to think about what exactly my initial question was, but what you wrote is helpful, I did wonder about their elements. Im not sure how to use these tattwas though, like Saturn being wind, because like for wind I think of flighty and light and free, but then Saturn is that slow, stay put sort of planet, do you know what I mean? I guess I'm wondering, what exactly does the word tattwa mean? Do the nodes have a tattwa, or is there something special about them because they're shadowy? Thanks, Angie

Yeah i do.. Well its useful in predicting events sometimes. Saturn can give windy disorders, and Mercury should be involved to show earthquakes. > I guess I'm wondering, what exactly does the > word tattwa mean?
