He gestured towards a village lady ( middle aged ) who was carrying a baby and told me that they had come from far away village . They had lost their way in Bombay and wanted to return to their home town. They did not know anyone around and would appreciate monetary help to help them return home . I was in dilemma . The shop keeper nearby told me that it was all a drama staged to deceive me out of a few rupees . I was still not convinced. I was disturbed . I noted the time . At home I looked at the prsna chart ( given below . ) I immediately noted that the ascendant was within one degree orbit of the ascendant . ( 12) On this basis I concluded that yes , it was some kind of deceit that I faced back there . Now my questions . Do you agree with me ? If Vedic Astrology does not consider Neptune , how would we solve the prsna in this particular case ? Please help. See, Sani rules begging also (most of the lowly professions are under him). Also, from Lagna, 10th house is the profession. Mars the 10th lord is in Kumbha a sign of Sani. Also, Cancer rising indicates showing motherly emotion (moon also in cancer). Sani aspects the Lagna and the lagna lord (3rd aspect). Sani is also in Rohini a nakshatra of Moon.
