A Reconstructed Approach to Jyotish

I have been studying Jyotish since 1996. I have been trying to structure and

verify a clear and systematic way of using Jyotish information for changing the

course of one's life.

 

Please find below some information on the results of my research in Jyotish.

In my experimental study of Vedic Astrology I believe to have succeeded to

reconstruct the actual meaning of the basic astrological principles, which are

presented in the classical astrological literature. I have structured a clear

system, which is in accordance with the majority of classical astrological

rules. Its base is the experimentally verified (by me) fact, that any mental

activity can be adequately described by a combination of a Planetary (or Raasi)

energy and the specific degree of one or the other house (which in other words

means a specific degree of the ecliptic counted from the Lagna at the time of

birth of a person in question). In my system I declare, that in any one given

moment the dynamics of one's mind can be described fully by only one such

degree in connection with one or several astrological energies related to that

degree (e.g. the Planet/Planets positioned in this degree). Whereas the

influences of all the other objects of the Astrological Chart are latent in

that given moment and remain only as the potential, or as the underlying

structure of the mind, which might had already been activated in the past and

may have its effects (past Karma) converted through the energies currently in

force. The dynamics of any such combination of one degree with the

Planet/Planets is very easy to observe (at least it is very easy for me now),

by taking to the constant meditation on the Planet/Planets, which is/are

positioned in that degree. I also believe to have verified and reconstructed to

their actual meaning many specific details and sub-rules, present in the

astrology. Also, I had to reject some of the currently wide-spread ways of

understanding Astrology as basically wrong. I feel it is important to share my

knowledge with the others and to disseminate it, as I believe it to be the true

and ultimate tool of changing, improving and controlling the flow of one's life.

But many people expect from Astrology something quite different from what I have

to offer. While the important thing, which people often fail to see in

Astrology, is the fact, that one's Astrological Chart shows the specific

texture of effects, which will be derived from using this or that Mantra. And

based on one's chart, one can predict very exactly, which qualitative changes

will result from using a Specific Mantra, as well as a Specific Gemstone,

Metal, Color, etc. People also usually don't understand, that Astrology in its

essence is not able to give exact predictions of concrete events, as it is

basically concerned with the abstract flow of energies, which influence the

quality, the texture of one's mind. True, the concrete events, which fill one's

mind (and consequently one's life), are closely connected to that qualitative

level and are basically the direct outcome of it, but they themselves are not

anymore described by Astrology, only their underlying texture (underlying

energy) is... Once a person has grasped this difference (the difference between

concrete events and the underlying energy), it becomes possible to see the

energies, which are in action in one or the other person. This provides a

different view of life, a view, which lets one know many things, that are

hidden otherwise. It also provides an opportunity to control the unfolding of

one's Karmic effects in time accordingly to one's desire, as well as the

opportunity to convert one's Karma into different shapes.
