Hi folks,

 

You've all been helpful though the >> 12 yr thing is coming into this

rather unnecessarily I feel.

 

I just asked you for academic reasons because of all those grahas in

one house. You don't have to estimate the child's longevity in case

you're not comfy.

 

I reiterate that I just wanted general comments, purely for academic

reasons.
