If I sit in a moving train, the lamp-post WILL seem to proceed from 1 window to the next. That's all it is! Ignore the solar system's movement towards Abhijit, ie Vega completely: too small a movement, ie in radial (ie circular sweep) terms, which is what we are concerned with.
