This is just like the 12th from AK for finding ishta devata and

moksha. Look at the planets aspecting it by sign aspect. Look at lord

too.

 

Jupiter owns the 7th from AK and exalted in 11th (another kama

trikona from AK). This shows soul's desires in saattwik and dharmik

matters. Aspects of debilitated Rahu and Venus show materialistic

desires too.

 

In general, look at occupants, aspectors and lord.
