Dear srinagesh,gurus, friends

Thank you srinagesh for giving us the sloka.

the sloka in the sunderakanda has the special power to motivate

people in times of distress. This is the sloka which hanuman reads

after he tries to find Seeta in the whole lanka. he was not able to

find her and starts weeping. Then he recites this sloka and finally

in asoka vana he finds seeta.

This great sloka is for all of you who are distressed and also

mentally down
