the principles state that it is two or more dusthana lords in kendra

or dusthana. viz for taurus lagna jupiter in 12th, mars in 8th and

both of them weak and un assoicated. or jupiter and mars in kendra

very strong, viz in 10th house.

 

in the example that you had quoted it is a kona!!!.
