I can speak a bit to this, as I have this combination myself. As I understand it, there are two major ways VRY can be formed; one way is to have all the Trik lords placed in Trik Houses; the other way is to have natural malefics occupy all the Trik Houses. This can occur from either the Asc or the Moon. In my chart, I have both; if you read my chart from the Moon, Mars is in the 6, Sun is in the 8, and Rahu and Saturn are in the 12.
