Question on upapada matching.

Hello everyone,

 

I have read about the rules for upapada matching for checking the karmic

compatibility between two persons (lagna in trines/opposition to spouse's

upapada).

 

For the second marriage (for one or both persons) do we use the same

upapadas? Or do we have to use different arudhas/houses to check the

compatibility? Does this depend on how the first marriage ended?

 

If we have to use different arudhas/houses, do we still use the same lagna

(for checking trines/opposition to spouse's upapada)?

 

If it's the second marriage for one person and first for the other how do

we do the matching?

 

What about third and subsequent marriages? (this is meaningful only if the

answer to the first question is yes)
