Guest guest
Just wanted to mention that the file attached by Rangarajan was from the web-site http://www.prapatti.com There are several other slokas/stotras at that site in PDF format in several languages (Sanskrit, Roman (english script), Tamil, Bengali, etc.) and there are MP3 recordings of several of them. I should mention that the recordings are of excellent quality with very good pronounciation and are very easy to follow and a pleasure to listen! :-) Vinod | Dear VirajL Please see the attached PDF file for vishnu sahasra naam in | sanskrit. | with regards | rangrajan
Guest guest
Thanks to all for the information on the Sahasra Naam. I am curious about one thing though. When one is advised to recite the Sahasra Naam, should it be the stotra version or the actual Naamavali as prescribed by KN Rao? Guest guest
dear viraj,as far as my knowledge goes,it is better to chant vishnu sahasranama as stotra rather than as namavali.because the former u can do at any time only condition is u should wash ur face legs and hands before chanting(otherwise also no probs,i mean no bad effects) but in later u need to take bath offer prasad, etc.both will give same effects as per bishma who gave this to us. regards ram In vedic astrology, "virajpat" <virajpat> wrote: > Thanks to all for the information on the Sahasra Naam.
