Guest guest
Dear Visti, Thanks for our input - as usual very informative. However, I am almost 100% sure hat there is/are some 'secret' system(s) or rules BEYOND what we find in BHPS and Jaimini Sutras (I scanned both Sanjays and Bangalor Suryanarain Rao's versions) which is unknown in public. What I am trying to find out is basically a way to explain karma's results (read situations) to those who need an explanation in a different or extensive way (based naturally on their chart) so that they can overcome certain life events in the best possible way (for them). As we both live in the same part of the world (Scandinavia) I am sure that you are aware of the mentality ad level of acceptance here. Well, lets see what he other gurus have to add. In this view a portion of the past life desire life is put away, and becomes a kind of crystallized thought in the next life. The planetary energies join with this lattice when the soul descends in the last stage into incarnation, and all thoughts in the present life have to pass through it. I guess this makes some sense if one looks at things in a common sense way, at least to me it's obvious that thought is what determines desire and feeling. If you can't grasp it, then you can't have feelings about it or desire it. So maybe there is some free will regarding issues not covered by that "web of thought". I'm presently studying divisionals myself. But what maybe you are looking for is to translate it into a specific explanation for a particular sin. In my view astrology as such does not deal with that, it's the effect and not the cause. But individual karma is probably in general aimed at redeeming sin, or in another way balance past life excesses so one can maybe speculate along such lines. (Steiner also mentions group karma, race karma etc.) > Well, lets see what he other gurus have to add. > > Kind regards (as always) > > Jay > - > "Visti Larsen" <vishnu@l...> > <vedic astrology> > Thursday, May 02, 2002 12:02 PM > Re: [vedic astrology] Secrets of Reincarnation and Free will ? > > > > Vyam Vysadevaya Namah > > ------------------------ > > Dear Jay, > > Parasara and Varahamihira have given some clues to seeing the > > next birth.
