Dear Sarabani,

 

The lords of the signs containing Rahu and Ketu are regarded by many as

"karmic control planets" where Rahu represents the karmic "Inlet" (from the

past) and Ketu the karmic "outlet" (into the future).

 

However, in my original mail I asked for any comments to the D12 having

anything to do with karmic indication, based on an older hand-written

document which I read.

Logically, D12 MUST be connected as it is the divisional chart for PARENTS

who are our present link to the past.

 

As for D60 to "work" properly you'll need a 99.8% accurate birth time .....
