Does it mean, going by the parivarthana rule that these lords are powerful or because of this multiple relationship they become powerless. The four lords in the example have become interelated and each of 4 lords will have bearing on 4 houses involved. No classic has so far thrown any light on it and I came to know about it through an astrologer. I have found it in the charts of many prominent personalities. And I have discussed in my commentary on 'Nadi Jyotish' of Late R Gopal Krishna Rao, an original work on stellar astrology. In the example given, the movement is forward. In another case it can be backward i.e. 4th lord in the 2nd, 2nd lord in the first and 1st lord in the 4th house. In another variety, 4th lord can be in the 6th house, 6th lord in the 3rd and 3rd lord in the 11th, 11th lord in the 4th. This is a case of changing direction. Such combinations indicate of some complications in life. It is an area for research and not much has been seen in print. I can see (?) where you are leading me to think. In this instance, the strength of third lord's signifactions would depend on the fifth lord's placement, whose will depend on the 9th, whose will depend on the 11th and eventually coming back to the 3rd. I am not quite sure if I am thinking along the right way.
