Is there any Vedic Astrology place serving mankind?

Hello All:

 

I am interested in knowing about VEDIC ASTROLOGY Place(s) where

people are being taught Vedas and other civilians are being helped by

the way of Astrological/health consultation? Our group in United

States and Europe want to help such place(s).

 

I did browse through couple of Astrologer(s)/Gurus websites listed

here and it seems everybody charges something or the other for basic

consultation which in turn indicates commercialization of rare

knowledge and spritualism. We won't be able to do any thing for such

institutions.

 

Our mission is to help the GURUs/places who follow the Vedas

principle of helping mankind without any expectations. Ideally,

Gurus/Institutions should accept only the offerings after a

client/person being helped by them(I believe it was known as GURU

DAKSHINA).

 

Please email me if you know any good institutions as I described

above. We shall be thankful to you.

Hello David:

 

Thanks for coming forward and offering your help. I thought of

writing my point of view of learned members here. Let me tell you

about myself first. I am a person who joined this group FEW DAYS back

to seek some help/consultation. I put couple of or more postings here

to seek help and I read your post as well. It reminds me of a story

of a small boy and an old man.

 

An old man was walking along the beach early in the morning. As the

tide is going out and sun is coming up, it gets lighter and lighter

and the old man spies a figure running along the beach, appearing to

be dancing. When he finally gets close enough he sees that it's a

young boy, picking up star fish that he finds lying in the

sand...throwing them back into the ocean. "What on earth are you

doing?", says the old man to the boy.

 

The boy stops and says, "The tide is going out and soon the sun will

be high in the sky. These star fish will be stranded here in the hot

sun and if they're not put back in the water, they'll die."

 

The old man looked at the boy and looked at the beach. "You have an

impossible task ahead of you. The beach stretches on and on for

miles. There are hundreds of starfish. What possible difference can

you make?"

 

The boy stooped down, picked up a star fish and flung it out into the

water. Then he turned and looked at the old man and said, "It made a

difference to that one."

 

You've probably heard that story before...but... That's what it's all

about...making a difference.

 

As I said before, I put couple or few postings here seeking

consultation/help. A wonderful lady Laksmiji(Lynn Cary) did reply to

my post and tried to help me without any expectations. I don't know

whether she is associated with any group/organization or no but she

did try to make a difference to me by helping me. And that's what

matters the most.

 

I will say that she is definitely SERVING THE MANKIND. I don't know

about others but my opinion is that most of the learned members here

might be like her. At the heart of every successful

group/organization, there are "great people who do great things." I

don't have any personal experience with Sri Sanjay Rath and Sri PVN

RAO who started the group but my belief, looking at their replies to

others is that this type of forum is one of the steps to HELP mankind

given that all of us are so busy in our routine affairs.

 

Again, these are just my thoughts. BEST of LUCK.

Dear Dave

The rates in the website are for the westerners who normally find it

difficult to accept someone who does not have a rate. Do come to India and

see how we teach and propagate as well as practise this. There cannot be a

rate for vedic Knowledge. I am happy to see that there is a like minded

westerner..one who appreciates that everything in this world cannot be

commercial. I am really proud of you Dave.

In fact when we started SJVC, this was our Motto and even today, teaching at

SJVC is FULLY FREE OF COST. Whether you find it fine to support or not, this

is the way it is intended to be. The Gurus have charges for consultations

and not for teaching at SJVC. EVEN IN THE US and such commercial centers of

the world.
