Based on your physical description, Mercury indicates a large forehead and Mars indicates large teeth. Both these planets are deposited in Leo and should aspect your lagna sign. Libra and Capricorn are both aspected by Leo by rasi dristi but Libra with Venus and Jupiter in it should give a short, stout body. Capricorn, however, can give a lean body of medium height. Perhaps you have long ascension sign in the Navamsa to give you more height. We can try to narrow down the degree of lagna if you give information pertaining to any siblings (younger/elder and gender) to find the correct drekkana and we can go from there. Is there a specific reason why you think you're birthtime is before 3:30 pm? I'm asking because the second drekkana of Capricorn may be the more likely choice. If the rasi lagna is in the first drekkana, then Capricorn is also the drekkana lagna. The first younger sibling would be seen from the 3rd house, Scorpio counted in reverse because the lagna is an even sign. The stronger lord, Mars, is with Moon and Saturn. Saturn, being more advanced in degrees, would give a sister. If we consider the second drekkana, which starts at 3:49 pm, then Taurus becomes the lagna. The third house lord, counted in reverse is Pisces. It's lord, Jupiter, is with Rahu would give a brother. We can try to rectify further if you can provide information about what kind of house you live to find the D-4. We could also try to find the navamsa degree by a marraige date but it's likely that you are not married at this time. The basic outline is that the Vimshottari Mahadasa a should be connected ( lord, aspect or unobstructed argala) with the Navamsa lagna or it's lord. The antara dasa should be connected with the 7th house lord and the pratyantar dasa usually trines the 7th house or one of the lords of the kama trikona. Also the Navamsa lagna and aspects will have a lot to say about your personality and inner nature. If you post your details maybe we could go though it together on the list an an exercise for all of us.
