Guest guest
Dear Friends, I have an interesting Dasamsa and have calculated it myself too. However I would be grateful if someone could analyse it further. I want to know the importance of the Sun in the dasamsa, what does the Sun signify in it and being in a certain position, I mean house. I also want to know what is the correct method of analysing divisional charts. Do we interpret in the same way as we interpret the D 1 or the rashi chart, taking into account retrograde planets, exaltation and debilitation. Adhipatis or Lords in houses etc. Also can we use the Arudha Lagna and Arudha pada in the divisional charts too. Your time is appreciated. Guest guest
Dear Sunit, Do check http://www.sjvcusa.org for articles on dasamsa and other divisional charts. Relative strength and dignity of the planets must be taken into account while examining D-charts. Exaltation/debilitation do matter as do the relations between the planets. Hence yogas are also important. As for Arudha padas, how far can we actually stretch them across the divisional charts? Arudha is maya, and is associated with our birth and birth conditions. So at the most we may apply them till D-12. Is it really appropriate to use them at higher levels where we are dealing with the supra conscious levels? can Arudha apply there?
