can we use the principle that marriage can occur during the N dasa of

sign in navasama which

1)aspects or aspected by upapada by rasi drishti

2) or The lord of upapada has some connection either by way of

conjuction aspect etc with the dasa rasi in navamsa dasa.

and use the above for fixing the correct nvamsa lagna.

kindly clarify

Dear Rajesh,

A rule that Gurudev Sanjay ji gives in COVA for timing marriages is as follows-

This pertains to the Navamsa chart-

1) The mahadasa Lord should have Argala on the Navamsa Lagna.

2) The Antara Dasa lord should have association with the seventh lord or venus.

3) The Pratyantara Dasa lord should be in trines to the seventh house or Lord.

I have reproduced the rule from memory and may have committed mistakes though

the chances are less. I have used the above rule to correct the Navamsa Chart.

Alternatively you could also observe the influence of the aspects on the Lagna

and fine tune the possibilities. For instance my previous lagna in Navamsa was

Scorpio and saturn was aspecting from Capricorn. This would have given me a

dark complexion but iam light skinned for the race I belong to, so the lagna

was corrected to Sagittarius.Good luck with your effort.
