Pranam,

I am really quite in this group because I am just reading posts and

books. I am just trying to learn but posts are very interesting and

help me to gain knowledge.

I just read this post which caught my attention. I am living in

foreigh country but I don't have any combination that you just

described. I have fourth lord in 10th house with SUN, MERCURY, and

Venus. 9th and 12th lord is in 3rd house.

so I am little confused how to understand this. I hope you can help

me to gain knowledge.

Hi respected members,

So the 12th house refers to residence in foreign countries and the 9th refers to

long journeys, 3rd is the 12th from the 4th so then should this also be

considered with respect to overseas travel, or a short trip or residence in a

foreign country? Once again I appreciate any further clarification! One of

the tests that I have read also suggests the 7th house for residence in a

foreign country.

Dear Ramadas Rao,

Thankyou very much for your clarification! It is very much appreciated!

I am trying to figure out whether this person (my friend) will be able to travel

and/or live abroad. DOB is 22nd September, 1971, New Delhi, India and time of

1:55 AM

He has the Sun and Venus and the Moon in the 3rd house, Jupiter in the 5th which

rules the 9th, so I am not sure..

If anyone has an opinion from looking at this chart, it would be very much appreciated.

Dear Shamira,

You are right,3rd house indicates short travels.But if 3rd lord is strong and

watery signs like Cancer,scorpio and Pisces become 3rd house and also if

majority of planets occupy these signs in 3rd,the person will travel abroad.

Hi respected members,

So the 12th house refers to residence in foreign countries and the 9th refers to

long journeys, 3rd is the 12th from the 4th so then should this also be

considered with respect to overseas travel, or a short trip or residence in a

foreign country? Once again I appreciate any further clarification! One of

the tests that I have read also suggests the 7th house for residence in a

foreign country.
