Yoga for Moksha - Seeming contradictions

I have read that Ketu in the 4th or 12th from Karakamsha (position of

AK in D-9) in D-9 is a Yoga for Moksha. Malefics in those positions

deny moksha. I see some seemingly contradictory examples - please

explain (all birth times are from the BirthDataBank zip file of this

newsgroup) - I simply randomly selected charts I expected or did not

expect to see a Moksha yoga in:

 

1) Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu - AK is Jupiter, Ke with Ju in D-9 - Above

Yoga does not apply.

2) Srila Prabhupada - AK is Rahu, so Ketu cannot be in 4 or 12 from

Rahu in D-9 - Above Yoga does not apply.

3) Jeddu/Jiddu Krishnamurti - AK is Sun, Ketu and Venus in 12 from

Sun in D-9 - Above Yoga applies and is satisfied - Ok, so this is not

a contradiction

4) Gautam Buddha - AK is Sun, Ke is 6th from Sun in D-9 - Above Yoga

does not apply.

5) George W. Bush - AK is Venus, Ke is 12th from Venus in D-9. No

malefics in 4th or 12th from Venus in D-9 - Above Yoga applies and is

satisfied.

6) Queen Latifah - AK is Mercury, Ke is 4th from Mercury in D-9. No

malefics in 4th or 12th from Mercury in D-9 - Above Yoga applies and

is satisfied.

7) Mother Theresa - AK is Rahu, so Ketu cannot be in 4 or 12 from

Rahu in D-9 - Above Yoga does not apply.

 

Obvious questions arise:

a. Are there Moksha Yogas other than the one described above?

b. Are there cancellations to the above Moksha Yoga other than simply

presence of malefics in 4th or 12th from Karakamsha in D-9?
