does saturn in 7 always break marriages? hat is the impact on career

with the dicussion of saurn in seventh hosue going on iwould

like to bring in a pratical case....

i know a case where saturn is placed in the 7th along with

venus in gemini. the lord of first house is placed in 4th(own house)

along with moon in pisces .10th lord mercury is placed in 6th house

along with ketu. 9th lord sun is exalted in 5th house. 5th lord mars

is in 3rd.

this person during his mercury dasa(upto 23th year) recieved high

education(engg). very popular with girls and had a well running

courtship with a girl. but in 1999 when ketu(debilited)dasa came in

1999 loSt his girl friend, his chances of job and higher education .

he is in a mental shock...

however his horoscope(as interpreted by his astrologer,) says that

when venus dasa comes AT THE AGE OF 31(WHICH IS PLACED IN 7TH ALONG

WITH SATURN)his life will suddenly change . a very good marriage and

even good career propspects(including political).

can saturn bring about good political(or otherwise)career and good

marriage considering the 6th and 7th exchange yoga. can saturn do

this...
