Venus enemical towards the planets in the 4th sign

Dear Gurus,

 

I remember reading in the archives of either SJVC or vedic astrology

group that "Venus is always enemical towards the planets in its 4th

sign".

 

But now i am not able to locate that message in the archive.

 

I am not sure where i got this information from.

 

Can anyone clarify on the statement "Venus being enemical towards

the planets in the 4th sign from itself"?.

I got the statemnet in the archive after i posted this message.

and the exact statement

"

Venus will always be enimicals towards the 4th house from it

(Pachakadi Sambhanda), "

 

The message was 11885 in the vedic astrology group.
