However, it is used in Western chart interpretations and you can find hundreds of interpretations examples on the net. As an example you can search for "Sun Uranus conjunction". The influence is more towards the 'masses' (7 years in each sign) as an exact degree of Sun/Uranus conjunction occurres once each year and the total sum of babies born on that day around the world (? millions) will have this exact conjunction.
