Fellow list members,

Glad to me you all exalted souls. I have been

observing this group for the past and more that

impressed with the quality of analysis and

precision, some of you really deserve a big a kudos for

your accuracy!!

My interest in astrology is of a different kind,

I mean, i am more interested in the "HEREDITARY"

aspects of astrology. We very casually accept the fact

when somebody says "You look like your

father/mother".I believe as we inherit genetic

traits,we should also inherit astrological traits.

I hope this forum is a suitable platform for me to

pursue my area of interest and all you exalted souls

will guide and advice me.

thanks,

Vishnu

Hi Vishnu,

About a year or so ago, I'd wondered right here whether astrology could be

used as a vehicle for human enrichment itself. Gauranga, I remember, replied

to that post very well.

What you've said isn't as new as you may be thinking right now. The evolved

souls around here will educate us that stripping a native's D-60 threadbare

will more or less reveal entirely matters such as the color, direction,

stature, etc. of the parents. And why the resemblance too. You must've heard

of the story of the prince who one day saw that the palace washermaid's son

looked exactly like him and said, "Your mom must be visiting our palace

daily". The lad replied, "No, but my dad always does".

Warm regards,

Ramapriya

Hi Rama,

> What you've said isn't as new as you may be thinking right now.

LOL, don't read too much between the lines. I did not imply anything

else other than what i had written :-).

What i said was ...i am interested in it....that does not in any way

mean that my thinking is new nor does it mean its not worth

pursuing as somebody has already written some big fat book about it.

Let me give u an anology.......

Let's assume that i can explain the behaviour of a simple sigmoid

curve between the intervals [0,180]. Does it mean thats the end???

May be u can take it from there, improve upon and explain its

behaviour further.

What the great sages have given us is just a basis to make a sound

and fair judgement !!!

The evolved

> souls around here will educate us that stripping a native's D-60

threadbare.......

hmmmmm.....sounds like a one stop solution. Is that all???

I have a question then...Can you look at the prospective parents

chart and tell .....ok ! your kid is going to have this planetary

combination and yada yada yada and these are the planetary

placements/combinations that he/she is going to inherit??

Think again......doctors i assume predict the blood group of the

child based on the parents' blood group(s) ??

we all know that post mortem is easy....but prognosis???

some food for thought!!!

regards,

Vishnu
