This is a humble request:

 

When you reply to a mail, please make sure that unless

the previous mail is absolutely necessary include it

in your reply. Some mails have 5 or more previous

mails embedded in it. Increased email size the high

volume of email in such groups, fills up the

rs email storage capacity. So kindly make

sure you delete the previous mail when you reply; in

order to keep track of the many replies, the first

line of the previous may be retained.
