Duration of RASI for different latitude - Experts please help

Hi

I am using KP system to predict daily events. I am able to predit

particular event like my wife will come home at 'Aries' dasa and

Bharani star (13 20 0 ). I live in USA. How do I convert 13 20 0

of Aries into the local time. I know, I just can't add two hours per

rasi from the current time. Please help.
