Hello,

 

As per `Prasna Tantra' planets occupying 8th or 12th house will

create sickness or disease due to curses. eg. Jupiter from curse of

parents, Rahu from pretas etc

When moon is strongly disposed in exaltation or own house the

diseases can be cured, when strong malefic are in quadrants, even if

deities are propitiated relief is not possible. If benefic are in

kendras mantras and japas will help.

 

Is it applicable for birth charts also or only for prasna astrology?

Dear Tri,

 

While applying in a major part to birth charts, the techniques used in

Prasna Tantra are primarily to delineate indications from planetary

positions vis-a-vis the query put to the astrologer. In fact, the

significance of planetary characteristics, etc. is a lot more in prasna

astrology.

 

For example, if someone comes to you and asks whether the passport he's lost

will be recovered, you need to look up the prasna chart and initially

identify whether or not that'll happen. The direction where the stolen

passport lies, the character of the bloke who's in possession of it, his

complexion, his culinary tastes, etc. are to be deduced from the planets in

various positions of the chart, and their attendant characteristics,

direction, tastes, etc.

Dear friends,

If I remember correctly Gurudev has said that Prasna Marga(and I don't

think Prashna Tantra would be much diffrent)remedies can be used for

Natal charts and if you read VRA he talks about Rahu propiation by

dancing in the temple.(Before Ramapriya Ji comes up with a good funny one

I must hasten to say not Disco dance-though after seeing Ganesh Puja in

Mumbai even that is acceptable).I have read the same remedy in Prashna

Marga.
