While going throgh Timing Marrige using Narayana Dasa in COVA page

274 I found the following:

 

Pt. Sanjay Rath Says that the dasa when marrige took place was 3th

from Upapada UL is bad . But Sri PVR Narasimha Rao in his book "Vedic

Astrology An Integrated Approach" says while dealing Narayana Dasa

that Dasa of Sign falling 1st, 3rd, 8th promotes marriage .

 

I request any learned Guru could clarify this .
