Guest guest
Pranam, Varsh Phal (solar return) horoscopy is a unique system of year wise prediction, which is casted on the bases of exact position of Sun, where it was existed on time and place of birth. Suppose if person is born in London, but after some time he perminantly settled in New York, then his Varsh Phal is to be casted by taking his place of birth or current place of his residence. Whereas in an article of Sanjay Rath I've read that Thithi Return Chart is to be casted on the basis of birth place, wherever the man is residing now. Either the annual chart is also casted on the similat fashion( with respect to place ) or not. Similarly in mundane astrology (where annual chart has much importance), let at the time of birth of country the state capital is city A, but after few decade the state capital is shifted to city B, then the varsh phal of such country is to be casted by taking his birth place city( first capital here city A) or current state capital. Hope learned members reply. Regards M.Imran New DSL Internet Access from SBC &;

Guest guest
For example, Pakistan, when it was came into being(Aug 14,1947), the state capital was Karachi (67e03, 24n52) but later in 60's the capital is shifted to Islamabad(73e10, 33n42). Here in Pakistan, few one astrologers cast annual chart by taking present capital's longitude and latitudes. Its mean they compute annual return chart with slightly incorrect degrees, or not. Can you please refer quote or name of astrologer who suggested this (for mundane chart), so that I can tell those astrologers( here in Pakistan ) who is taken present state capital for casting annual return chart.
