Sun Gets neechabhanga of a slightly less intensity as his sign depositor and not the signdepositor of his exaltation Rasi is in Kendra from Moon or Lagna. Lord of 8th in 12th gives good results and could be a vipareeta Rajayoga.Please do not base your inferences on placement of a graha in Isolation.Jupiter aspects the Ascendant and is alsothe Lord of 5th as such a yoga Karaka for Scorpio Ascendant though less powerful than Moon who is fully functional Yogakaraka placed in Ascendant. Saturn being malefic becomes somewhat auspicious owning the 4th a Kendra. Why you should think about Vansha Nasham due to the position of Saturn is beyond my limited understanding.Rahu is alone in 8th house.
