There is no doubt that if you consider lord of nakshtra in addition to the House lord , your predictions would be more accurate. However I personally feel that more the variables you would introduce in to your predictive data, more off the mark you are likely to go. Strength of House lords, Position and aspects of Planets, Gochar position of planets and Dashas coupled with a bit of understanding of principes behind the yogas should, with the grace of God; help you predict with a reasonable amount of accuracy.
