Actually I have Ketu in Lagna which creates very ambitious behaviour(uncontrolled desires of materialistic nature, which ignore even real life achievements and create more and more desires and even desires of spiritual achievements in materialistic style as if spriritual achievements are something like education and money..weird thoughts..also intense dreams of super success and super failure, since Rahu also influences lagna) and your case of three natural malefics in 7th house, aspecting the lagna is very predictable (prehaps you could not ask for more trouble humourously speaking). But the actual chart can make a huge difference here and these interpretations are mine only.
