Guest guest
Jaya Jagannatha ! Dear Chandrashekhar, Thanks for your remarks. Dear Siva, Strength of these 3 royal planets surely gives royal status. My question is whether their Kona/kendira position to each others give strength to these concernd planets. This is not my conclusion but question. In MGR chart, the sun is the 12th lord. From the moon, it is the 6th lord, but the sun got vargottamasa. From the sun, The Hamsa yoga jupiter is in the 4th. Lets see another chart example. His name is Vidvan V. Luxmanan. Now,his experience in vedic astrology is more than 53 yrs. He was very close/friendly with MGR. ( no need to say what he had predicted to MGR/ then MGR formed his own party..... ) This Achariyar got the frienship with MGR. So he had got some royal status/influence. His asc is capricorn and kethu is there. In the 4th the sun is exalted. In 10th, saturn is exalted. His constellation is chitra and the moon is in the 9th house, virgo. Juipter is in the 12th house sagitarus. Mars is in the 6th house. Mercury is in the 3rd. >From Jupiter, the sun is in a kona house. No doubt he has divine powers as athmakaraka sun is exalted and aspected by Jupiter. Also he had got the friendship with the chief minister MGR. By rullership, Jupiter is 3rd and 12th lord. This great Achariyar's experience in the vedic astrology is vulnerable. ( This doesn't mean our list gurus are less talented. ) One of his points. Jupiter and moon in the 12th house gives misfortune but if rahu or kethu joins with this combo, this turns to be fortunate and will start to give good results. ( wonderful & interesting ) Only from this list gurus, I can get a detail oriented explations for the opinions like this. regards, sarasalai_siva
Guest guest
Dear members, It is too general to say strength of the Sun, Jupiter and Mars will give a royal status linking one to the govt. Whenever these three planets have strengths in the space too many people are born and not all of them will have a 'royal status'. We cannot overlook the role of Rajyogas in linking one to the rulership. Moreover, what is the role of raajsik planets Mercury, Venus and their strength? They give attitude and status for good living (aristocratic). The Sun, Moon and Jupiter are Satvik planets what role they will play if they are strong? Mars is considered tamasik by Parashar but some will place him in rajasik category. Let us take Mars as less tamasik than Saturn and place him on the border of Rajasik/Tamasik divider. For royal status Kshatrya planets the Sun and Mars become important. A person enjoying royal status may be satvik, rajasik or tamasik in disposition. So all the planets become important. Role of Rajayogas described in classics should not be overlooked and for a good Rajayog it is important that 'Daaridrayayogas' should not be present. Weakness of the Moon can destroy many good Rajyogas. Pay attention to this fact also that in BPHS these yogas come at much later stage in the book. If a good dasa giving such yogas/status do not come at right stage, all yogas become useless. While considering dasa, it is important that Rasi dasa appropriate to the chart be considered first and then only nakshatra dasas like Vimshottary dasa be considered for closer timing. Hoping this will help, Best wishes Shiv Chadha - sarasalai_siva vedic astrology Monday, November 25, 2002 6:03 AM [vedic astrology] Royal Planets Jaya Jagannatha !Dear Chandrashekhar, Thanks for your remarks.Dear Siva, Strength of these 3 royal planets surely gives royal status. My question is whether their Kona/kendira position to each others give strength to these concernd planets.
