Guest guest
Dear Mr. Das, Namaste Thank you for your answers to my queries about the affect of Saturn and Jupiter. It makes it a little clear. About the type of gemstone (blue sapphire in silver), I have received this recommendation from esteemed members. They have tried to make understand the logic behind their interpretations and recommendations. I am just beginning to appreciate the complexity of this and may not remember it quite accurately. But I gather that for Taurus ascendant, Saturn is the lord of 9th and 10th houses and thus is a Yogakarak and being placed in my 1st house, it is benefic to me. I was running Saturn mahadasha in my early childhood. I present my birth details once more. August 18, 1971 23:21 (11:21 PM)Indian Standard Time Long: 86 E 24 Lat: 23 N 45 About the color of blue sapphire, should it be sky blue or dark blue? Please advise. I find that this stone is quite expensive, a big investment, and quite capable of producing negative results if not chosen properly. Swee, I would appreciate your opinion on the above as well as any ideas or suggestions as how to buy this. Thank you for your time and helping me to bring my life back on track. Guest guest
Dear Rajesh, Blue Saphire is also called in Sanskrit as Neela,Shauri Ratna,Trinaagrahi,Neela mani etc. This gem is composed of aluminium and oxygen and also small amounts of cobalt which makes its colour Blue.It is the Gem for Shani. When purchasing blue saphire care must be taken so that there should not be any crack, blackish tinge or reddish tinge on the stone. It is very nice to touch and softy in nature and the rays should come from inside of the stone. As per Indian old classics on Gems, there are 2 types of blue saphire,1st one is called Jala Neela (Watery blue saphire ) and the 2nd one is called Indra Neela.Jala Neela gem is in the middle there is little white colour and on 4 sides blue coloured rays are coming out.In Indra Neela,in the middle of the gem a slight blackish colour (Not tinge ) and on 4 sides blues coloured rays are coming out. Also in blue saphire stones there are 4 types are there.1st one is called Brahmana Varna in which the colour is slightly whitish blue giving clear blue rays,2nd is called Kshatriya Varna gem in which we can see little red shadow in blue colour.3rd one is called Vaishya Varna gem in which we can see whitish dark blue rays are coming out.the 4th one is called Shudra Varna Gem in which we can see very dark blue colour with slightly black in the middle.Of course these gems can be identified by only an expert Gemmologist. Now we can test the Blue saphire before making the ring out of it.Normally when buying in shops ,a word can be told to the Gem dealer that in case any problem is found it will be returned and exchanged for another stone. The testing is like this: Buy the Blue Saphire stone on a Saturday and wash it with Holy water or cow's milk and then wash with pure water, then recite the Shani Mantra for 108 times keeping it on the right hand and put in a black or blue piece of cloth and tie it to the right hand arm before one and half hours before Sun Set.But at any time the stone should not touch the body at all.Keep like this a maximum of one week only.If the stone is not good then within 2-3 days the person will see very bad dreams or mental tensions or any other bad incidents. Then immidiately the stone should be given back to the Gem dealer. If no bad events have taken place then make a Finger ring out of it with bottom opened and wear it on a Saturday falling on the person's Sampath,Kshema,Sadhaka or Parama Maitra Tara after reciting the Shani Mantra again 108 tmes. I hope this benefits you. With best regards, Ramadas Rao. Guest guest
Om Hoom Ram Chaitanyayai Namah Dear Ramadas Rao, You explanation about blue Sapphire is amazing. Could you give explanation about yellow Sapphire and Ruby? Is it allowed to change hand, but not finger during wearing? With the best Wishes, Youry ______________________ ______________________ Message: 21 Fri, 20 Dec 2002 20:57:03 +0000 (GMT) Ramadas Rao <ramadasrao Re: Blue Sapphire OM KLEEM KRISHNAYA NAMAHA Dear Rajesh, Blue Saphire is also called in Sanskrit as Neela,Shauri Ratna,Trinaagrahi,Neela mani etc. Gauranga Das <gauranga wrote:JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Rajesh, Namaste. Yes, I was not giving a definite suggestion, just stating the general principle. For cases like yours, most of the time Saturn gemstone may be worn on middle finger of the right hand in silver.
