Dear Jagmeetji,

In your case Kuja is the lord of a Kendra and also the lord of a powerful

trikona,so he has to give the good effects of his Yoga Karakattwa.So I told you

to use Red Coral.But this will not be the same in all Lagnas.For example if the

Lagna is Mithuna .we can not use Pushyaraga,but instead we can use Emerald as

Lagna is a kendra and a trine also provided Budha is not placed in his

debilitation in Navamsha/enemical places.We have to see all the possibilities.

We can not use the gem of 12th lord.But we can use the gem of Lagna lord but see

his position in Navamsha also.If he is not debilitated nor in a enemic

navamsha,then you can use Ruby .

I have a view that gemstones are simple PHYSICAL objects and work like

amplifiers. The Lagna lord or any other planet, unless placed in some terrible

marana karaka sthana etc, will always promote the results of the house it owns.

Thus, unless the lagnesh is (a) in Marana Karaka sthana or, (b) a natural

benefic in the 8th house, then the stone of the lagnesh is undoubtedly the most

favorable. If the planet is weak, then alone is the gemstone necessary to

strengthen its rays, else why would a gemstone be required at all.

Dear Sanjay and other learned people on this board:

 

You wrote that wearing red coral brings excellent results if mars is

the lord of the lagna and NOT placed in a maraka stahana. I'm Scorpio

lagna so Mars is the lord of the lagna as well as the 6th house and

is placed in 11th house in Virgo. Should I wear red coral, I already

have a ring made out of fine quality red coral? Thanks.

dear listmembers, mr. rath and mr. ramadasrao,

 

I have cancerlagna and mars in 7th (exalted but combust in

capricorn). I am already wearing a red coral in a silver chain around

my neck. this was given to me to 1) ward off my tendency to fall and

hurt myself, 2) to stop heavy bleeding and 3) to strengthen and

pacify a strong mars.

 

do you have any advice for me please? should I continue to wear it or

am I jeopardising something? or should I wear some other stone in

some other setting? how and where should I wear it?

Try to make the ring in gold and wear it on your right hand 1st finger and if

you can wait till it reaches its exaltation degree in May 28th ( On May 29th he

will be exactly exalted but on that day the nakshatra is Bharani ruled by

Yama,the God of death ).I had given before how to wear the stone.Please refer

to old message.But after wearing for so many years it has not given you any

problems,so dont worry ,this time after wearing it you will have an auspicious

time by August-Dec.
